Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI) has strategically designed the new organisational structure, enhance personnel flexibility, responsiveness to change, support collaboration across all sectors in the SRI system, and advance the policy and fund management for accomplishment.
TSRI has applied a modern management approach, emphasising agile organisation management mechanisms to advance the organisation with agility, responsiveness to changes and receptiveness. This approach centres on the service recipients and strategic objectives, as well as the development of transparent monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, emphasising the achievements on important matters and their consistency throughout the organisation. In this regard, TSRI believes that the outlined strategic plan will be a part of the advancement of SRI development that benefits the country and leads to sustainable development with the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy.
